Why Choose Renegade?
We offer a 1600 sq. ft. facility with a mix of free weights, and cardio machines. Our membership also offers programming with workout notes, warm ups and cooldowns to take the guess work out of your training. If you are training during our group training times you can look forward to a supportive group of like minded folks who are all working to become the best version of themselves. If group training isn't for you, access the space outside of group training times for any of your training. We are a small, supportive group with the goal of staying fit for longevity and health. Programming
Our daily programming is a modified version of CompTrain programming to fit our needs and facility restrictions. Workouts are programmed 6 days a week with an active recovery option on Sundays. Programming includes detailed workout notes, scaling options and modifications, warm ups, and cooldowns Monday through Saturday.
Results
Everyone has a different reason for coming to the gym but most of us want to look and feel good. With the proper mixture of strength training, weightlifting, and cardio for the proper duration, you WILL see/feel results within weeks!
